Metroflex Gym - Fort Worth, TX MMA - Feeds & Clothes 100's of people every 3rd week of every Month!!! You too can help by donating food and clothes to the Metroflex Gym - OUTREACH PROGRAM!!!
If you have any clothing you are not wearing we will kindly accept any slightly worn and not too used clothing!!! We also accept canned foods of any kind like beans, corn, green beans, etc... Any instant foods like mashed potatoes, mac & cheese!!! Any source of meat. Lean ground beef, fish, turkey, chicken & hot dogs!!! Anything anyone can spare will go a LONG WAY!!!
