My name Is Adrian Delgado, owner of Flex Nutrition located in Metroflex Gym - Fort Worth MMA.

I Have been in the supplement Industry for over six years, and have a Bachelors Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Coe College. I played collegiate football for four years and won 2 Conference Tittles.

While at Coe College I worked on increasing performance capabilities for collegiate athletes through training and supplementation. I also wrote a monthly article in The Coe Fitness Organization's newsletter on correct supplementation for the everyday individual.
